The Pre-Order Model & Production Timeline Our releases operate on an exclusive, limited-drop system. To ensure the highest level of precision and quality in the construction of our garments, the manufacturing process does not begin until the drop window has officially closed.

Once the drop concludes, the production phase takes between 4 to 8 weeks, with most production runs averaging about 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this period as each piece is carefully brought to life.

International Shipping Timelines Once production is complete and your order has passed our final quality checks, it will be packaged and dispatched.

For orders shipping to the United States and Europe, transit typically takes between 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that this is an estimate; actual delivery times may vary slightly based on specific regional couriers.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partners.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP) To ensure a seamless experience for our global customers, all international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that any applicable import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees are fully covered by us. The total you pay at checkout is final—you will not encounter any unexpected charges or fees upon the arrival of your package.
